Third Annual Cambodian Living Arts National Youth Arts Festival > Phare Student Demonstrates
The week-long celebration of the arts was hosted at the campus of the CLA Partner, Phare, a local Cambodian arts and education center based in Battambang province. Phare is most well-known for its circus program and visual arts school, which draws from poor students from the nearby countryside and teaches them to become extraordinary performers.
