The Country Director’s role is to oversee implementation of the existing strategic plan, while building capacity to strengthen the organization as we prepare to develop our next 5-year plan. The Country Director will have an active leadership role in the next plan’s development and implementation. The Country Director will oversee all CLA’s work, with a particular focus on operational management, development and project management. The Country Director will be one of the public spokespeople for CLA and the role will require network and partnership building for CLA, including involvement in fundraising.
The Finance Coordinator works closely with the Head of Finance to keep accurate financial records and follow good financial processes to support our work in the arts. We are seeking two coordinators:

We are looking for Communication and event Coordinator to the REPfest that will work based in Siem Reap from 24 June to 23 September 2019. During period of the festival from 6th to 8th of September, it requests full time presence. The job also requires some travel to Phnom Penh mainly end of June. Under the consultation with the Festival Manager, the job is to promote the events productions, develop and coordinating promotional materials, and to be the liaison for communication with press and media.
