    មូលនិធិដំឡើងស្នាដៃថ្មី ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងសម្រាប់គាំទ្រដល់សិល្បករ សហគមន៍សិល្បៈ ដើម្បីឱ្យពួក គាត់មានឱកាសក្នុងការបញ្ចេញភាពច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋតាមរយៈ ការបង្កើតស្នាដៃថ្មី ឬ អភិវឌ្ឍស្នាដៃថ្មីដែលមានស្រាប់នៅក្រោមទម្រង់សិល្បទស្សនីយភាព និងអនុញ្ញាឱ្យពួកគាត់ អាចចែករំលេកអំពីរឿងរ៉ាវដែល មានអត្ថន័យ នៅក្នុងសង្គមបច្ចុប្បន្ន ទៅកាន់សាធារណៈជនផងដែរ។ នៅក្នុងមូលបទនេះ សិល្បករអាច បង្ហាញជ្រុងណានៃទិដ្ឋភាព ឫរឿងរ៉ាវនៅក្នុងសង្គមដូចជា៖ បញ្ហាបំរ៉ែបំរួលអាកាសធាតុ ការអភិវឌ្ឍទី- ក្រុងជាដើម។ ចាប់ពីពេលបង្កើតនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៨មក រាល់ស្នាដៃរបស់មូលនិធិដំឡើងស្នាដៃថ្មី ត្រូវបាន យកទៅដាក់បង្ហាញ (សម្ដែងផ្ទាល់) នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីរដូវវប្បធម៌នៅភ្នំពេញ និងតាមបណ្ដាខេត្តនានា ជាមួយនឹង ប្រធានបទផ្សេងៗក្នុងឆ្នាំនិមួយៗ ។ ប៉ុន្ដែនៅឆ្នាំ២០២៤នេះ សិល្បៈខ្មែរអមតៈបានរៀបចំ មូលនិធិនេះ នៅក្នុងទម្រង់ថ្មីនេះនឹងចែកចេញជា ៣ ស្រទាប់ ពោលគឺ៖ ទី១ “ការអនុវត្ដ គម្រោងមូលនិធិដំឡើងស្នាដៃថ្មី ។ ទី២ “អ្នកប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកសិល្បៈ” សិល្បករនឹងធ្វើការដោយ ផ្ទាល់ជាមួយអ្នកប្រឹក្សា ដែលខ្លួនជ្រើស រើស ពីពេលចាប់ផ្ដើមរហូតដល់បញ្ចប់ការដំឡើងស្នាដៃ ដើម្បីជម្រុញទៅលើភាពស៊ីជម្រៅ និង គុណភាពនៃស្នាដៃ ។ និងទី៣ “ការធ្វើបទ បង្ហាញ”…
